All Sales Are Final
GrabPrompts products are digital goods delivered instantly. The moment your purchase completes, you get immediate, full, lifetime access to the product and all of its prompts. Because the product is delivered in full at the point of sale and cannot be returned once accessed, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Why there are no refunds
Each product is a set of prompts you can view, copy and use the instant you buy. Unlike a physical item, a digital prompt cannot be "given back" once it has been seen. To keep our prices low and our policy fair to every buyer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after purchase.
Before you buy
Every product has a full sales page describing exactly what it does, the choices you can make, and the kind of output it produces — so you know precisely what you're getting before you pay. If you're unsure whether a product fits your need, contact us first and we'll happily help you decide.
Problems with your purchase
If something isn't working — you can't access a product you paid for, or you were charged incorrectly — that's different, and we'll fix it. Email us with your purchase details (the email you used and the product name) and we'll make it right.
