1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrabPrompts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
GrabPrompts provides ready-to-use AI prompt templates ("prompt apps"). You enter your inputs, and the tool generates prompt text which you copy and run in your own third-party AI account (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). GrabPrompts does not generate images or content on your behalf and does not include any third-party AI account or credits.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased prompt app for your own business and content. You may use the generated prompts and their outputs for your own commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the prompt templates themselves.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own AI account, for reviewing generated content before use, and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party AI service you use.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the prompt templates; use the service for unlawful purposes; or attempt to breach the access/entitlement system.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." Results depend on your inputs and the third-party AI you use. We are not liable for outcomes, lost profits, or indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
